We are seeking to procure immigration advice services to support Pan-London, sub-regional and local homeless and rough sleeping services and their clients. This will be a new procurement activity but we expect many elements will be similar to the current ongoing procurement for Rough Sleeping services. The procurement will include between 4 and 6 lots (TBC). The Lots will have different geographical reach. There will be specific requirements on the regulatory registration of these providers to be able to provide immigration legal advice.
