Regent Street forms a part of The Crown Estate's wider Central London portfolio, and any activity taking place on the street requires engagement with and, where appropriate, approval from The Crown Estate as the principal landowner and estate manager. The work covers all requirements associated with the delivery of the Regent Street flag installation, including: Obtaining the necessary advertising consents, permits and road closure approvals from Westminster City Council. Production of the flags. Installation and removal (de-rig) of the flags. The venue hire and management fee payable to The Crown Estate.
