The arrangement provides continuity of service while GLA complete their assessment of the optimal long-term service delivery and procurement strategy, thereby mitigating operational and service delivery risks. Contract Term The proposed contract will comprise: An initial term of two (2) years; and An option to extend for a further one (1) year.
