Lot 1 Requirements for mobile plants at LondonEnergy RRC's: All mobile plants must meet waste specification requirements. All Mobile Plants are to be fitted with the following: Reversing/CCTV camera. (There are several systems commonly used to improve all round visibility not just reversing, please detail what your system will provide and how it meets industry best practise.) Amber warning beacon, green seat belt warning light, audible reversing warning & standard reversing lights, red seat belts. An automated engine cut off that shall activate with prior warning if the plant is left in idle mode for a duration longer than 3 minutes. Air pre-cleaner (preferably cyclone type) and HEPA 0.3 micron cab filters (or better) to deal with dusty working environment. When proposing the type of filters suppliers must take into account the environment and potential Biohazards; please detail what levels of protection the filters will give and the WEL rating. LEL actively encourage suppliers to visit each site to view the operation and confirm if the systems specify will meet or exceed the needs of each mobile plant item.
