NWUPC on behalf of members of UKUPC is seeking for establishing a new comprehensive Sustainable Fleet Solutions Frameworks that will reflect to needs of the HE sector and other UK Public Bodies. The Framework will have a national coverage and will split into four lots as follows: Lot 1: Vehicle Hire Lot 2: Vehicle Leasing Lot 3: Car Club Lot 4: Salary Sacrifice The services include but not not limited: Hire and leasing automatic and manual vehicles, including both petrol and diesel vehicles, ultra-low emission and low emission options. Vehicles will consist primarily of cars, including 4x4s off road vehicles, light commercial vehicles of varying size and self-drive minibuses; Use of the Supplier’s established virtual fleet to allow both pre-booking and ad-hoc short-term rental of vehicles; the provision of onboard car club technology in Member owned fleet vehicles; and the provision of dedicated Car Club pool vehicles for Member use; Provision of an Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle Salary sacrifice Scheme enabling the employees of participating organisations to obtain a new fully maintained and insured ultra-low emission vehicle in exchange for a monthly deduction from their gross salary
