The scope of the contract includes: • Co-design of a system-focused leadership development intervention aligned to the OS Leadership Framework and organisational priorities. • Co-facilitation and delivery of the Senior Leadership Team Connect event, including the use of appropriate leadership development, coaching and systems-thinking approaches. • Production of session outputs, including materials, behavioural insights, recommendations and a post-event report to support sustained leadership development and organisational performance improvement.
