The services support the development of the technical specification governing the structure, exchange and validation of data for NUAR. The scope includes: - design and authoring of the NUAR Data Interface Specification; - integration of the logical data model, ISO 19110 feature catalogue and GeoPackage encoding requirements; - definition of conformance testing requirements; and - development of specification maintenance and change-control arrangements. The Supplier will deliver the services and associated technical outputs in accordance with the contract.
