The attached construction plans detail the proposed scheme that currently has live applications for both Flood Risk Assessment Plan (FRAP - Environment Agency) and Section 38 - Works on Common Land (Planning Inspectorate). We are seeking an experienced river restoration contractor to deliver the scheme on this sensitive, public site close to the historic city centre. Bidders are required to demonstrate significant experience in delivering similar schemes on river floodplains with public access, grazing animals, tree and protected species constraints.
