The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (PCC) has awarded a contract for: • Lot 1 – The Restorative Justice (RJ) service will provide direct support to victims and perpetrators of crime across the county through effective RJ practices. The RJ service will form part of a wider multi-agency approach to justice and support services in Warwickshire and will be expected to work closely with a range of partners, including the Lot 2 service provider. • Lot 2 – The anti-social behaviour (ASB) / non-crime restorative service, was terminated and a subsequent new procurement process was undertaken after receiving no compliant bids. This notice is to advise that the Authority has awarded a contract for the Restorative Justice Service, this was following a voluntary standstill period and negotiations regarding the terms and conditions of the contract. The service began on the 01 April 2026 however the contract was not signed by both parties until 22 May 2026. The notice does not allow for providing date of signature beyond the contract start date and the date has therefore been added as 01 April 2026.
