About this contract

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), acting through Merseytravel, intends to establish a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of electrical replacement works, planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle asset renewals, infrastructure upgrades, testing, inspection, commissioning, fault diagnosis, emergency response and associated specialist electrical engineering services. The Framework will provide a compliant, flexible and efficient procurement route for the delivery of electrical works across the Authority's operational estate, transport infrastructure and associated assets. The services are required to support the continued safe operation, reliability, resilience and statutory compliance of critical infrastructure, whilst facilitating asset modernisation, network improvements and future investment programmes. The scope of works may include, but is not limited to, low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution equipment, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, emergency lighting, standby power systems, generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), cable networks, control systems, electrical building services installations
