This framework will be for the manufacture (where applicable) supply and delivery of direct build project specific plotted materials. It is intended to provide a resilient, compliant and value‑for‑money supply route that supports project specifications, cost control, project build programs, certainty and quality across a significant and sustained pipeline of new build and regeneration activity. Suppliers appointed to this framework will be expected to support Orbit's objectives around reliability of supply, technical compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement, working in partnership to help deliver safe, affordable and high‑quality homes for Orbit customers. This procurement supports the delivery of the Orbit Homes Strategy 2030, which sets out a focused, sustainable and financially robust approach to new housing delivery and regeneration across the Orbit Group.
