This consultancy framework has been set up to provide the management services necessary to develop, tender and construct projects from the Estates Programme. This is a programme of projects across the University’s campuses that includes a range of requirements from formal teaching spaces, learning spaces, staff offices, breakout/informal study areas, workshops, laboratories, student social spaces, support spaces, performance spaces, and external areas. The Framework is divided into lots broken down into individual disciplines.
