Tenders are invited by the Council from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of KMCAS-183 Kirklees Intervention and Support Service (KISS) (the "Services"). Kirklees Council wish to commission an Economic Operator to work with us to co-design and develop the Kirklees Intervention and Support Service to provide safe, suitable accommodation, learning & employment and stability & wellbeing for our service users. The service is intended to improve outcomes and life chances for vulnerable people which will then reduce the likelihood of their future need to access costly crisis interventions. The key objective of the Service is to support people aged 16+ who have vulnerabilities and support needs that may impact on their ability to live independently. The Service aims to enhance preventative support and outcomes for some of our most vulnerable and complex residents, helping them progress toward lives that are more hopeful, healthier, socially engaged, and economically active.
