Echelon Consultancy are delighted to be procuring on behalf of Hyde Housing Association a framework for the delivery of Capital and Planned Works. The proposed lots are: Kitchens and Bathrooms, Windows and Doors, Conservation & Heritage Works, Roofs, Electrical Installations, Infrastructure and Improvement Works, External & Communal Decorating, Flooring, Aids & Adaptations, Damp & Mould remediation, Ground Works, Whole House refurbishment Estate Investment. The framework is one of three being developed by Echelon, and will be managed by Pretium Frameworks (part of the Echelon Group), along with the Maintain Framework (Repairs & Empty Homes) and the Protect Framework (Compliance Services). The Framework will cover the aforementioned workstreams, and will provide national coverage, with defined geographical areas offering its Clients (Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Registered Providers, as well as all other Public Sector bodies) complete flexibility to call off services to meet need and demand.
