About this contract

This procurement relates to the establishment of a framework for the provision of various compliance services across the property and housing sector. The framework is designed to support Hyde Housing Association (Hyde) and other public sector bodies in accessing high-quality services to deliver their compliance servicing, maintenance and installation programmes. The framework will offer services regionally and nationally, with an estimated value of £2,688,000,000 exc VAT (£3,225,600,000 inc VAT) over its possible six-year term (an initial term of four years with the option to extend for a further two years). Individual framework lots will have anticipated values, but all lots will draw from the single aggregate total framework value. All values shown are estimates only and do not guarantee expenditure. Call-off contracts awarded under this framework may be extended beyond the initial contract term. The maximum duration of any individual call-off contract, including any extensions, shall not exceed 15 years.
