The Architect shall prepare drawings and information sufficient for design coordination, cost planning, and progression to the technical design stage. Principal Designer (CDM 2015) The Consultant shall act as Principal Designer in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Duties shall include planning, managing, and monitoring the pre-construction phase, identifying and eliminating or reducing foreseeable health and safety risks through design, and ensuring that relevant design risk information is communicated to designers and contractors prior to construction.
