The Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced and competent Contractors to carry out Fire Door Inspections, Remedials and Replacements for Housing and Property assets across the County of Powys. The Council’s aim is to award an individual contract for each lot. Lots for the Tender are as follows; - Lot 1 – North Powys Corporate Properties Fire Door Remedials & Replacements - Lot 2 – South Powys Corporate Properties Fire Door Remedials & Replacements - Lot 3 – North Powys Housing Properties Fire Door Inspections, Remedials & Replacements - Lot 4 – South Powys Housing Properties Fire Door Inspections, Remedials & Replacements Bidders are able to submit a Tender for one or multiple lots. If bidding for multiple Lots Bidders must have the capacity to undertake all Contracts simultaneously if successful in multiple Lots and must provide evidence of this in their Tender Response. Bidders should note that Lot(s) will be evaluated and awarded separately.
