The University of Manchester is providing advance notice of its intention to procure a Construction Consultancy Services Framework to support the delivery of its estates, infrastructure, and capital projects. The Framework will be structured across multiple Lots, including: • Lot 5: Building Surveying Services / Building Surveying and Project Management Services • Lot 6: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services • Lot 7: Structural and Civil Engineering Services • Lot 8: Project Health and Safety / CDM Advisor Services The Framework is intended to provide access to appropriately qualified consultants across a range of disciplines, enabling the University to procure services for projects of varying scale, value, and complexity.
