Aster Group is a Housing Association that provides homes to thousands of people across the South of England and London. The individual properties that make up this block are leaseholder tenure so generally, works are charged back to the leaseholders via the Section 20 process through service charges except for this project. Under Asters obligations as a responsible landlord the recent exterior decoration cycle was deemed to of been poorly executed. Due to this Aster instructed the contractor to carry out some exterior decoration to a handful of windows around the property.
