The software that is currently used has been developed in conjunction with Triad over the last 10 years to be a bespoke system for BMDC. It has been instrumental in supporting the reduction of energy usage by 25% over the last 5 years not only saving £'millions from the energy bills but also supporting BMDC in its drive to net-zero carbon. The contract is also to support new installations of BEMS and upgrade where appropriate.
