All activities must be planned for a live hospital environment, coordinating outages and access with Estates/ICT, and must comply with site rules, CDM, and applicable NHS W /BCUHB technical standards. The Ysbyty Gwynedd contract comprises the development of additional teaching accommodation together with the refurbishment of the existing education facilities. The existing education accommodation at YG has a fragmented layout, which limits the functionality and effectiveness of the current teaching environment.
