Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of structural repair work and associated repairs required arising from disrepair claims, to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers. Citizen are looking to appoint up to 4 contractors to support our existing framework covering structural and insurance related repairs to properties, however, may award to fewer than 4 depending on the quality of the submissions received. The estimated value of the Project is approximately £100,000 per annum (p.a.), and £200,000 over the duration of the agreement. However, this is subject to change depending on the volume and complexity of the disrepair cases raised. The contract will be let for a duration of 12 months with an option to extend by a further 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance against KPI’s. In accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, Citizen wishes to restrict the participation of the tender to bidders who are: - Locally based within the West Midlands. -
