Where BidWriter is differently positioned to ChatGPT
- Bid library: your past wins, evidence, case studies and approved boilerplate feed every draft — ChatGPT starts blank every session
- UK public sector context: BidWriter's AI understands MEAT scoring, social value (PPN 06/20), CCS frameworks and word-count precision — ChatGPT has none of this built in
- Pipeline and deadlines: BidWriter tracks every bid, assigns questions to team members and alerts on submission deadlines — ChatGPT has no memory between sessions
- Document parser extracts every ITT question automatically; with ChatGPT you copy-paste each question manually
- Integrated UK tender discovery via WinAContract — ChatGPT cannot search for live opportunities
