About this contract

We require print, fulfilment and mailing services to enable us to deliver support to Carmarthenshire CC, as part of our grant agreement with Welsh Government, to help the local authority improve its recycling rate. As part of our support to the Council and its upcoming recycling service changes, we are funding one of two countywide mailings, which needs to be received by all ~70,000 homes in mid/late September 2026.
