The works required comprise of: WBSC   Remove security bars to windows & scaffolding   Replacement of external sash (style) uPVC windows in the style of the existing windows      Complete essential roof repairs causing leaks internally- slate, ridge, guttering and bay window roof repairs   Repairs to external brickwork and structural remediation associated with windows   Replace decaying external doors   Repair external entrance steps, handrails etc.   UMO  Works include the re-design of the internal section of the building to create a new training and community welfare centre consisting of:      Toilets, including a ground floor compliant facility for those with disabilities    An operation
