Wirral Borough Council's Community Safety Service seeks to commission a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a Restorative Justice (RJ) and Mediation Service across the Borough of Wirral. The Council require a high-quality, victim-focused Restorative Justice and Mediation Service that supports the resolution of conflict, repairs harm, improves community relationships and contributes to the reduction of anti-social behaviour and community tensions. The successful provider will be expected to deliver services in accordance with current Restorative Justice Council (RJC) standards and guidance and adopt a trauma-informed, restorative and person-centred approach throughout service delivery.
