CURRENT SERVICE SCOPE Fortnightly Visits • Ground floor building entrance areas including auto doors (inside and outside including the fold back glass inner doors) • Dockside Ground floor frontage including the RA shop and Masters Restaurant Windows (Inside and outside) • New Dock Hall: All of frontage glazing inside and outside Quarterly Visits – Jan – Apr – Jul – Oct • Regular windows and glazing – both internal and external surfaces • Slit windows – both internal and external surfaces • Triangular viewing windows – both internal and external surfaces • Regular recessed windows – both internal and external surfaces • Juliette windows (can be fully opened) – both internal and external surfaces • Internal Doors/windows to street from shop and restaurant • Office skylights 5th Floor – both internal and external surfaces • Internal balconies, glazed bridges, window internal balconies and stairw
