Initial term is three years with an option to extend for one further year. Description of the Service Required WH is seeking to appoint a holistic, efficient, timely, reliable and cost-effective waste management service primarily covering the following FOUR (4) services: • Temporary Skip Hire Service: Supply, delivery, collection and emptying of waste disposal containers and skips, including asbestos; • Tipping Facility: Provision of a waste transfer / tipping / recycling centre, including asbestos that provides 'cost and time' efficient transfer & storage of WH waste; • Static Skip Service: Supply, delivery, collection and emptying of segregated
