This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in order to facilitate early engagement with potential providers, and relates only to a pre-procurement market engagement exercise. NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (CIOS ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering NHS Mandatory Dental Services from a purpose built dental practice in West Carclaze Garden Village. Crucially, NHS CIOS ICB are seeking to determine the level of provider interest in collaborating with the developer of the site to design and build a fully compliant dental surgery, as part of mobilisation. It is envisaged that up to a 4 / 5 chair dental surgery could be built. West Carclaze Garden Village is a new housing development of c. 1,500 homes, in St. Austell, Cornwall. NHS CIOS ICB, in collaboration with Cornwall Council, have the opportunity to potentially utilise a Section 106 building for the development of a purpose built dental practice in West Carclaze Garden Village.
