About this contract

The Authority intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Vascular Therapy and associated products and services. The framework agreement is proposed to be awarded for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one‑year periods (2+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and at the Authority’s discretion. The maximum potential duration of the framework agreement, including all extension options, is therefore four (4) years, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the tender documentation. Any extension of the framework agreement will be exercised at the Authority’s discretion and subject to satisfactory performance, as set out in the tender documentation.
