About this contract

The scope of services included in this specification cover planned and reactive maintenance for the purposes of Legionella prevention at properties maintained by Hampshire County Council (as described in the following sections and all associated management and reporting obligations associated with these services) required by this specification. Maintenance services will be delivered in accordance with this specification and Part C, at the locations indicated in the appendices to the contract, (including service matrices, asset registers and KPIs etc.) in line with the standards applicable to each asset at each location indicated in the appendices to the contract, including service matrices, asset registers and KPIs etc. .
