Connexus is seeking to appoint a panel of suitably qualified RICS Registered Valuers to deliver a comprehensive range of valuation services across its operating areas of Shropshire and Herefordshire. The appointed valuers will support Connexus in meeting its operational, regulatory, and strategic requirements by providing accurate, timely, and compliant valuation advice across a diverse property portfolio. The scope of services will include, but is not limited to: •Domestic valuations, including Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA); •Commercial valuations, typically relating to small retail units; •Land and site valuations for development purposes; •Land valuations associated with small disposals; •Shared Ownership resale valuations; •Market rent valuations; •Market sales valuations; •Section 106 (1999 Act) valuations; •Valuations for lease extensions. In addition, the panel will be required to provide: •Buyback valuations and support with land/property purchase negotiations; •Professional advice and Negotiation services to ensure value for money and robust decision-making.
