Utility Regulator is seeking to appoint Suppliers (over 3 separate lots) for the provision of specialist technical engineering advice and regulatory consultancy advice in respect of the following areas: • Lot 1: Specialist Technical Advice and Regulatory Consultancy – Gas Sector. The Utility Regulator may require gas support in the following areas: Gas industry price controls; • Development of the gas transmission network; • Development of the gas distribution network; and • Development of high-pressure gas storage. • Evolving issues in the gas networks during energy transition development • Lot 2: Specialist Technical Advice and Regulatory Consultancy – Electricity Sector.
