Legal Support to the Ministry of Defence for the Typhoon Future Support Contract. The Typhoon Future Support Contract is the latest project and MoD requires advice on proposed amendments/extensions to the existing contracts with NETMA (known as “Contract 1” and “Contract 3”) and direct agreement with BAE Systems.
