The contract is a £Nil commitment arrangement for the provision of transformation delivery services resources to the NHS England Establishing Operational Excellence programme. It is expected that support will be required across key areas such as Programme Strategy and Prioritisation, Programme Management, Business Change and Engagement, Product Development Support, Rollout Support, Delivery Roadmap and Management Proof of Concept, and Benefits Tracking. The contract services will be instructed in the form of a series of individual Statements of Work (SOWs) as approved in accordance with the requisite governance arrangements. Each SOW will set out the work to be undertaken, the key deliverables, the resources requirements and the total fixed cost using the rate card submitted as part of the Supplier's tender. The contract term is 48 months. The maximum value of the contract will be £25.8m excluding VAT across the full term including all extensions, but there is a £Nil value commitment.
