Tax Profession Capability (TPC) Strategic Delivery Partner HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is seeking to appoint a Strategic Delivery Partner to support the delivery of its Tax Profession Capability (TPC) Programme. The TPC Programme is a major transformation initiative designed to build a resilient, future-ready Tax Profession through the development of professional skills, learning pathways, career frameworks, talent management approaches, accreditation mechanisms and a sustainable learning culture across HMRC. The successful Supplier will work alongside HMRC and the Tax Customs and Compliance Academy (TCCA) to provide specialist capability, innovation, delivery expertise and additional capacity to accelerate programme delivery and achieve sustainable outcomes.
