Who won: Three Rivers Creative People & Places Programme Local Evaluation Partner, and Peabody evaluation of cultural pilot projects

About this contract

Three Rivers is a programme funded by Arts Council England. The evaluation is not a statutory service but is a core requirement of the programme and supports its delivery, learning and future development. It is closely linked to programme delivery and community engagement activity, helping to test the Three Rivers / Hello Earth models of engagement in terms of arts engagement, diversity of engagement, artistic relevance, and social and ecological impact. The evaluation will track the reach, breadth and depth of engagement amongst participants, audiences, artists and partners, as well as the scale and impact of community decision-making and the mechanisms that sustain creative engagement. It will also support the organisation to measure progress against its longer-term outcomes and identify learning that can inform future practice.
