The contract is to include supply and installation of 42 Communal Washers and Tumble Dryers, within 11 Sheltered Housing Sites. a. Supply and Install 25No Communal Electrolux WE1100P 12KG or Equal & Equivalent washing machines, including Isolation and removal and disposal of existing equipment. Inclusive of all Service isolations and reconnections Testing, Commissioning, Certification and demonstration usage. b. Supply & Install 18No Communal Tumble Dryers Electrolux TE1220E or equal & Equivalent, including isolation and removal and disposal of existing equipment. Inclusive of all service isolations and reconnections, testing, commissioning, certification and demonstration of usage. c. All Machines are to be installed single file and no units are to be double stacked. d. All existing electrical service Isolators are to be tested and certified & labelled in accordance with BS7671. e. All existing water services isolation valves are to be tested, overhaule
