The procurement is for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of a new spray booth facility at Acton Works (AC01 REW) under a Design and Build Contract. The appointed Contractor shall act as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and shall be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of all design, construction and commissioning activities necessary to provide a fully operational spray booth installation. The scope includes, but is not limited to, site surveys and investigations, detailed design, manufacture, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and handover of the spray booth and all associated civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, fire engineering, control systems and ancillary building works.
