South Lanarkshire Council's Housing and Technical Resources, Building Services require to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide specialist house cleaning, clearance and disposal services within properties throughout South Lanarkshire. The Contractor will be required to deliver a responsive and professional service to address a range of circumstances, including properties affected by trauma incidents, hoarding, abandonment, tenancy changes and environmental neglect. Services shall be carried out in accordance with all relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and waste disposal regulations.
