The Council intends to establish an open framework agreement for the provision of temporary accommodation, which will enable a broad range of suitable providers to apply and join the framework over its lifetime. This approach is designed to ensure flexibility, encourage ongoing market participation, and maintain a diverse and responsive supply of accommodation options that meet varying needs across the borough.
