How to win: Technology Services

About this contract

Sanctuary Group is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) with prospective suppliers and other interested organisations operating within the technology services market. This is a broad, multi-service opportunity across an enterprise technology estate currently estimated at approximately 265-300 applications, spanning SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms and other enterprise technologies and supporting both operational and transformational technology services. Sanctuary Group's Technology Directorate has undergone significant change across its operating model and technology estate. Sanctuary Group is therefore assessing sourcing arrangements for technology services that support the delivery, development, transformation and ongoing operation of the estate in 2027. This engagement gives participating organisations an opportunity to contribute market insight and inform potential service groupings, sourcing approaches and procurement considerations before final decisions are made. The purpose of this engagement is to: • Provide an overview of Sanctuary Group, its technology landscape and strategic objectives. • Obtain market feedback on potential service groupings and sourcing
