About this contract

Tandridge District Council intends to procure a contract for the provision of domestic gas servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services, including associated compliance activities, across its housing stock and related assets. The current intention is that the procurement will be conducted using the Open Procedure, comprising a single-stage tender process. The Council reserves the right to amend its procurement approach where appropriate. Any future procurement will be advertised via the relevant UK e-notification service in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023. The services are expected to include, but are not limited to: Annual gas safety inspections (Landlord Gas Safety Records – LGSRs) in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (as amended) Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of domestic gas appliances and systems Responsive repairs and breakdown maintenance, including emergency and urgent call-out services Installation, replacement, and upgrade of domestic heating systems, including boilers and associated components Compliance servicing and maintenance of communal and district heating plant, where applicable
