About this contract

This tender exercise aims to establish a framework for Exhibition Build services within the Natalie Bell building, part of Tate Modern. The framework will establish a key contractor relationship to ensure that we have continuous support and advice for projects scheduled within the building, and appoint a contractor to deliver the build services for four temporary exhibitions within the Natalie Bell building (Tracey Emin. Second Life, Frida Kahlo (title tbc), Monet (title tbc), Light and Magic).

Who won contracts like this

• ✓Answer against the marking scheme, not the question text — Tate scores each response, so map your evidence to the published criteria and weightings.
• ✓At £500,000, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins works work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar works contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓This one's been awarded — but Tate retenders on a cycle. Get matched the day the next one lands and start your draft early.
