Derry City and Strabane District Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited Energy Assessor to undertake statutory inspections and energy assessments of air conditioning systems in accordance with CIBSE TM44 – Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations (Northern Ireland). The purpose of these assessments is to ensure legislative compliance, improve the operational efficiency of air conditioning systems, reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, and support the Council’s wider energy management and climate objectives.
