The Council is seeking a vehicle broadly equivalent in size and operational capability to a Ford Transit Custom L1 H1. The reference to the Ford Transit Custom is provided solely as an indication of the approximate size and operational characteristics required. Equivalent vehicles from other manufacturers will be considered. The procurement is divided into two Lots: Lot 1: Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle, PHEV Lot 2: Battery Electric Vehicle, BEV Suppliers may tender for either Lot or both Lots.
