CIDP 26 ISLANDWIDE DEMOLITIONS - DHEKELIA & EPISKOPI STATIONS Project Scope The project comprises the demolition of 24 No. assets at Minden Village, Dhekelia, together with the removal of associated infrastructure, with the objective of returning the affected areas to brownfield status. The scope at Dhekelia also incorporates the brownfield conversion of the former Pergamos and Rhine Camp demolition sites. The Episkopi scope comprises the demolition of 9 No. building assets, together with the brownfield conversion of a previously demolished site. The works include, but are not limited to: - Demolition and removal of the identified building assets and associated infrastructure. - Removal and appropriate management of asbestos-containing materials, where identified, including their temporary storage at the designated Transit Asbestos Compound within the EESA at Akrotiri, in accordance with the applicable requirements and procedures. - Removal of all associated underground services and infrastructure. - Clearance and removal of demolition arisings, rubble, scrap and other waste materials. - Reinstatement and associated earthworks required to return the sites
