Dear Supplier, The Council is currently undertaking pre-market engagement in relation to potential suicide prevention works at its multi-storey car parks. For one car park work is required to install new vehicular edge protection alongside suicide prevention works, and for all car parks the Council has a requirement to consider immediate, temporary suicide prevention remedies. The purpose of this exercise is to gain a better understanding of the current market, available solutions, delivery models, indicative costs, timescales, technical considerations and potential procurement routes. The information gathered will help inform the Council’s requirements and future procurement strategy. Please note that this is not a procurement exercise, invitation to tender or request for a quotation.
