The College has created a Dynamic Purchasing System for the subcontracting of its devolved ASF funding from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. The City of Liverpool College is now seeking to identify a select number of providers via a mini competition process who it will work with in partnership to deliver its devolved Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Adult Skills Funded training in line with its subcontracting strategy. Awards under the framework will range from £50,000 to £600,000 maximum contract value. The College is seeking suitable training providers to deliver qualifications and/or programmes eligible for funding under the College's Audit Skills Fund contract on its behalf, under the following general rules: • All the provision must be delivered in the 2026/27 funding year; there is currently no scope to carry forward any funding to 2027/28.
