The procurement of these services will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is planning to commission and procure countywide Stop Smoking and Falls Prevention services and is undertaking a pre‑market engagement exercise to inform this process. The Council is seeking to raise awareness of this forthcoming opportunity and to better understand the market’s views on a range of key issues. Feedback received will help shape the future commissioning approach, service delivery model, service specification, commercial arrangements, contract, and procurement process. As part of this engagement exercise, interested organisations are invited to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire.
